General Rules

• Upon check-in, your ID details are registered to the police safety system. Every guest — including children and infants — must provide a valid ID or passport. Unregistered stays are not permitted. Guests under 18 cannot stay without a parent.

• If you arrive without ID or refuse to present one, you will not be allowed to check in. No refund will be issued in such cases.

• Receiving outside visitors — even briefly — without informing us puts a significant burden of responsibility on the facility. When a short-term visitor arrives, their ID information must be collected and registered with the police safety system.

• Hosting unregistered visitors will result in immediate termination of your stay with no refund.

• We are unable to host pets.

• Littering and discarding cigarette butts on the grounds, in the garden, or around the bungalow is prohibited.

• Please do not move the bungalow's furniture or items. Any damage will be charged to the guest.

• Use of shampoo and bath foam in the pool is prohibited.

• Children under 13 are not allowed to enter the pool unattended.

• Taking the fire pit or BBQ equipment onto the veranda is dangerous and prohibited. Please use them only in your designated garden area.

• Breakfast is served at our cafe between 09:30 and 11:30. We do not offer room service.

• We do not offer reservation cancellations or deposit refunds. You may reschedule your stay up to 7 days before the check-in date. Date changes within 1–2 days of check-in are not possible — regardless of personal reasons, weather, or plan changes.
